Q1: How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–21 business days. Fast shipping is available (5–11 business days) for a flat fee of $180. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
Q2: Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. International shipping is not supported at this time.
Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal only, which allows you to use your PayPal balance or linked cards securely.
Q4: How do I return a product?
Contact us at Support@omtechgear.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Q5: When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
