At Orion Motor Tech, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products
• Custom-built or special-order equipment
• Items returned without original parts or packaging
• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
